Terms of Use
Effective May 31, 2026. These terms govern your use of FactFall.
License
FactFall is licensed, not sold, for personal entertainment use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and these terms.
Gameplay and ads
FactFall is free to play and includes ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may grant revives or similar in-game benefits. Interstitial ads may appear after natural run endings. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
No purchases in version 1.0
The current version does not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, Apple will process them and these terms will be updated before release.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with ad systems, tamper with scoring, or use FactFall in a way that violates law or App Store rules.
No warranty
FactFall is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MacxLabs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
