Privacy Policy
Effective May 31, 2026. FactFall is a free true-or-false trivia game from MacxLabs.
Account data
FactFall does not require an account, login, email address, phone number, contact list, photo access, precise location, health data, or payment-card data.
Local gameplay data
The app stores gameplay stats such as best streak, run count, settings, and revive count on your device. These stats are not sent to a MacxLabs server in version 1.0.
Advertising
FactFall uses Google AdMob to show rewarded and interstitial ads. Google may process device, diagnostic, coarse location, and advertising-related data to serve, limit, and measure ads. FactFall requests non-personalized ads by default and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission in version 1.0.
Connectivity
Core play works offline. Ads, App Store services, and external policy pages require a network connection and are handled by Apple, Google, or your network provider.
Children
FactFall is a general-audience app rated 4+. It is not submitted under Apple's Kids category and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your controls
Deleting FactFall removes local gameplay data from the device. You can also change sound and notification preferences in the app or in iOS Settings.
